How many Chair Covers do I need to Order?
Our Minimum Order is for 40 Chair Covers.
Do you deliver?
We deliver and collect Free of Charge within a 10 Mile Radius of Milton Keynes. Outside this area we use a Next Day courier service. Please ask for delivery costs.
When will the items be delivered?
It is our practice to deliver the day before the event and collect up to two days after the event in liaison with the customer.
Who is responsible for laundering the items?
We will launder the items when returned but request that all items are placed dry in the packaging provided ready for collection. Damage to the Chair Covers will result in a charge for the full replacement cost of the Cover. Please see our terms and conditions.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes a deposit will be required upon placement of the order of 25% of the order value or £50.00 ( Whichever is the higher ) – this will secure the booking for you. An additional damage deposit of £60.00 for orders under 400 Chair Covers and £100.00 for orders of over 400 Chair Covers will be required at the time the final payment is sent – this will be refunded after the items have been returned less any losses or damages. When will I have to make the final payment?
A final invoice will be sent to you 8 weeks prior to the event and full payment will be required on receipt of Invoice. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.
Payment?
Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card, personal cheque, paypal, or cash. Cleared funds have to be received before Covers can be dispatched.
Samples of Chair Covers and Sashes?
We normally charge a total of £12.00 for samples of Chair Covers and Sashes sent out. £10 of the cost is refunded when a bulk order is placed and the samples are returned to us. On request of a sample our sample request form will be sent out requesting details of approx chair sizes and colours.
Chair Cover and Organza Sash Colours?
Our Standard Chair Cover Colours are White and Ivory. A wide range of Organza Sash Colours are available. Please ask for details.
